Backup & Availability Policy
Backup Schedule
MS-SQL 2019: Daily (only once) at 10:00 PM.
MS-SQL 2024: Daily (only once) at 12:00 AM (midnight).
Websites running on Linux servers ( files & databases ) follow the same daily rule.
Retention
Backups are kept for 3 days only.
After 3 days, old backups are removed.
Availability to Customers
Backup can be shared only in emergency cases.
Normally free of cost.
If extra resources (like server provisioning) are required, cost will be informed to the client before recovery.
Recovery Time
Backup sharing may take 12 to 48 hours, which is standard for all clients.
Storage Locations
Stored in AWS S3 Bucket.
In some cases, stored in Google Cloud.
Recovery and download require effort and time.
