Please check all setting for your domain in Mail setting Tab


Active mail is a must for service. MailEnable is for webmail access panel and DKIM for email delivery as it is a must for many ISP to accept your emails.



Outlooking setting -


Click On Email Accounts=>Add a New email Account=>POP3 Account=> (IMAP Account for IMAP)

  1. Click on the "Tools" button.
  2. Select "E-mail Accounts"
  3. Tick on Add new mail account/Select your mail account.
  4. Select POP3 Server type If you want IMAP then select IMAP
  5. Mention Name/Email id, Username & your password. Use full email id for the user
  6. Incoming mail server mail.domain.com (or server IP )
    Outgoing mail server mail.domain.com (or server IP )
  7. Click on "More Setting"
  8. Click on "Outgoing Server" tab
  9. Tick on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
    Select "Advanced tab"
  10. Incoming Server Port: IMAP:143, POP:-110
    Outgoing Server Port: 587 or 25
  11. Click OK

With TLS use below port no.

12.Incoming Server Port: IMAP:993, POP:-995
Outgoing Server Port: 587
